Le Groupe Fastfrate est heureux d\u2019annoncer l\u2019acquisition du transporteur transfrontalier, Bestway Cartage Limited et Bestway Global Limited, depuis le 1er ao\u00fbt 2020. Bestway dessert l’Ontario et les \u00c9tats-Unis depuis 1976 et, au fil des ann\u00e9es, a \u00e9tabli une forte pr\u00e9sence sur les principaux march\u00e9s am\u00e9ricains. Les pourparlers concernant cet achat ont commenc\u00e9 il y a environ deux ans, mais les discussions ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 reprendre lorsque Bestway a d\u00e9m\u00e9nag\u00e9 dans les locaux de Fastfrate \u00e0 Woodbridge en septembre 2019.<\/p>\n

Le pr\u00e9sident et chef de la direction du Groupe Fastfrate, Manny Calandrino est ravi de ce dernier ajout \u00e0 son groupe d\u2019entreprises. Il ne pourrait y avoir meilleure situation pour nous en ce moment. Alors que notre groupe continue \u00e0 prendre de l\u2019essor et de l’\u00e9lan, la prochaine \u00e9tape logique consistait \u00e0 accro\u00eetre notre empreinte sur le march\u00e9 am\u00e9ricain. Bestway apporte beaucoup d’exp\u00e9rience et de relations \u00e0 notre groupe, ce qui nous permet de mieux servir nos clients des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la fronti\u00e8re \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Le Groupe Fastfrate comprend quatre entreprises dont Fastfrate, CDI, Fastfrate Logistique int\u00e9gr\u00e9e et Bestway. Le groupe en croissance constante continue d’adopter une approche du transport fond\u00e9e sur l\u2019actif et combine les forces uniques de chaque entreprise pour fournir des solutions compl\u00e8tes \u00e0 sa client\u00e8le diversifi\u00e9e. Il s’agit de fournir un service simple et sans faille \u00bb ajoute M. Calandrino.
